ACOCEX SIGNS AN AGREEMENT WITH THE GETAFE CITY COUNCIL

THE GETAFE CITY COUNCIL AND THE ACOCEX ASSOCIATION HAVE SIGNED A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT TO SUPPORT COMPANIES AND GENERATE EMPLOYMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY

It has been signed by the mayor of Getafe, Sara Hernández, and the executive president of the Spanish Association of Foreign Trade Professionals ACOCEX, Rafael Cascales.

Tuesday, March 1, 2016.- The mayor of Getafe, Sara Hernández, has signed a collaboration agreement with the executive president of the Spanish Association of Foreign Trade Professionals ACOCEX, Rafael Cascales, to promote the internationalization of trade both of companies as self-employed, training and employment in Getafe. The signing of this agreement, which has no cost for the Getafe City Council, took place this morning in the Plenary Hall of the City Council.

The Agreement, promoted by the delegation of Employment, Economic Development and Youth of the City Council, has the objective of promoting economic growth and job creation in the town, through the commercial internationalization of Getafe companies, attracting investment outside the municipality, and the improvement of labor intermediation processes promoted by the Local Agency for Employment and Training ALEF. It also includes an anti-corruption clause.

The agreement also contemplates the Getafe City Council’s support to ACOCEX in the promotion of national and international non-labor practices for students trained in the courses organized by the ALEF aimed at unemployed people.
